Bec shares, “Last night hubby said to me “where is your belly going? “ and I said to him “I don’t know sometimes I can tell the difference and sometimes I can’t” but this morning I put on a shirt I hadn’t worn for a while and it was no longer tight on me. So I popped on the shirt I’m wearing in the photo and decided to take a progress picture.

Needless to say, I was absolutely shocked at the difference between the 2 photos. I started Healthy Mummy in January and I was heavier and bigger than what I am in the first photo I am so happy with my progress so far.

I never usually post front on pictures because I struggle to see the progress as I can’t look past the flaws and imperfections I still have. Silly I know, but it’s the truth.

But today I’ve decided that instead of being embarrassed about my curves, my rolls, my stretch marks, instead I am going to celebrate that.

I am no longer that miserable, unhealthy woman on the left.
