Healthy Apple Pie Breakfast Smoothie

I love apples and thought apple pie in a cup would be just divine. So here is my recipe for apple pie smoothie. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!’

- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1 Pink Lady apple peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup natural greek yoghurt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup skim milk

- Blend all ingredients at high speed until well combined.
