Bec says, “Hard work and consistency pays off no matter how long it takes we are all capable of being happy in our own bodies.”

“I have always been a BIG girl. I just thought it was the way I was. I have tried a lot of fad diets which always ended up with me putting on the weight again and more.

After having kids and coming across The Healthy Mummy it has changed my life. I was over 90kgs after having my children who are now six and nine I decided to join The Healthy Mummy.
