Katie’s lost an awesome 17kgs with the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and it all started with her 2016 Christmas present! Since then, her life has totally changed, check out her story!
Katie’s weight loss journey
Pre-Healthy Mummy, Katie had tried so many other weight loss plans but had no real success with any of them. But after stalking the Facebook pages for many months and seeing so many other success stories, she decided that her Christmas present for 2016 would be membership to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
Since then, her life has changed immeasurably!
Katie says, “The first thing I found was I was enjoying being in the kitchen again and was cooking a range of delicious foods.”
“I didn’t need to think about what to cook each day because the meal plan was all ready for me. I just had to do my weekly food shop and change the meal plan occasionally if needed. I love how much variety there is in my diet now. I used to consume the same foods each week which became so boring but with The Healthy Mummy there are just thousands of different recipes that you can’t possibly get bored.”
It’s not just her diet that’s changed, Katie found that she was able to incorporate exercise into her life thanks to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge app.
“I didn’t feel pressure to exercise so it was all in my own time, the comfort of my own home and all at my own pace. And that being said I think that is why I now love exercise again, there was no pressure,” Katie reveals.

“I have round the clock support. It doesn’t matter what time of the day if I need help with anything someone is always able to help me. It makes your journey so much easier.”
