Getting my husband onboard Healthy Mummy was a big fear of mine! I really wanted it to work not only for me but my whole family.
It really should be called The Healthy Family because that’s what it is!
My top tip for starting out and getting everyone onboard is make the Healthy Mummy versions of all your favourites!
It really does just come down to portion control and some swaps and thankfully The Healthy Mummy app has done all the hard work for us in that area.
