Getting my husband onboard Healthy Mummy was a big fear of mine! I really wanted it to work not only for me but my whole family.

It really should be called The Healthy Family because that’s what it is!

My top tip for starting out and getting everyone onboard is make the Healthy Mummy versions of all your favourites!

It really does just come down to portion control and some swaps and thankfully The Healthy Mummy app has done all the hard work for us in that area.

My husband is pretty fussy in terms of what he does and doesn’t like so I thought I wanted to compile a list of his favourite meals from the app.
I even asked him and his response was “there aren’t many recipes I haven’t loved” and we’ve been onboard for five years!
He takes leftovers to work every single day! Being a big eater I just give him a serve and a half of everything which works really well as I make double of dinner every night anyway.
