Healthy Must Make Belgian Waffles

And this YUMMY Belgian Waffle healthy recipe is a GREAT one to try that the whole family will love – thank you to Irey Van Eeden for sending in her photos and recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat coconut milk
  • 4 tbs coconut oil
  • 7g baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Use a mixer to blend all ingredients.
  • Bake in a preheated waffle maker.

Makes 8 belgian waffles.

1 waffle is 1 serve.

Calories 182 Carbs 7 Fat 15 Protein 7 Fibre 3

Garnish with 1/4 of a large banana for extra 30 calories or 1 tbs of maple syrup for 53 extra calories.
