Nicole Marnell found The Healthy Mummy during one of the darkest times in her life – just after her marriage had ended.
Feeling the weight of the world on her shoulders and in a deep depression, she says “Some days I didn’t even know if I would wake up.”
Nicole shares how one day she woke up and knew she needed to make a change. She says “I just knew I needed to do something for my kids, but most of all for me. I needed to find ME”.
When Nic signed up to The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge she was at her heaviest – weighing 146 kilos. She has gone on to lose a whopping 60 kgs!
