Bernie Fanning has lost 2.8 kg and 34 cm

 

“What I’m most happy about is the centimetres lost around my waist but I gained centimetres in my arms, which means I’m building muscle,” she says.

“My pledge was to workout four times a week, drink two litres of water a day to reduce my visceral and body fat. To feel happy fit and strong . To get 10,000 steps Monday to Friday and include a healthy mummy smoothie or protein shake. Also to include self care.

“I succeed most days and I definitely feel happy fit and strong.”

Sarina Slater has lost 4.5kgs and 20cm

 
“I have lost 4.5kgs and also lost 20cm in the 12 weeks challenge,” she says. “I drank two litres of water everyday. Did a dance workout, did cardio three days a week and went for a walk twice a week.”

Linda Jane Renneberg has lost 2kg  and 10cm

“I drank two litres of water a day, stopped buying pre-packaged food as much as is possible and used smaller plates to keep portions in control,” she says.

“If I’m feeling full I leave the rest, I don’t just eat for the sake of it. If I mess up don’t beat myself up.”
