“I love my new lifestyle, which is now my normal lifestyle” says mum who’s lost 10kg in JUST 12 weeks!
Taylah Crouch reveals that after she had her second baby she had put on so much weight and felt she had lost who she was. Especially during the pandemic.
But after signing up to The Healthy Mummy app she has managed to lose 10kg in just 12 weeks on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
“I got to a point where I was saying every Sunday ‘it starts tomorrow’ and it never would. It wasn’t until we had our good friend’s wedding and seeing the photos from that just made me feel so sick,” she says.
“I couldn’t believe I had got myself to that point. 22nd April this year I finally took that step and jumped on the scales (105.2).
My partner joined me and we’ve both lost weight together. Now I’ve lost 10 kgs in 3 months going from a size 16-18 to being able to fit into some size 14 clothes.”

Advice Taylah has for others
“It’s not going to happen overnight. I’ve had to constantly keep reminding myself of that,” she says.
“You will have good days, bad days but the most important thing for you to do is to keep going because it will pay off.
“You need to do this for yourself. This is the best thing I have done. It’s changed my whole outlook on losing weight and looking after myself.”
