Healthy Mummy and 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge mum, Dominique East made her health a priority and is the fittest, healthiest and happiest she has ever been!

Dominique’s Healthy Mummy journey

She says in October 2017 she weighed 93kg and was a size 18.  Dominique says, “this was my starting point, this is where I was most unfit, most unhappy with myself and most self-conscious. I hated how I looked in photos, hated how I felt in clothes and would pick at every single flaw. I had no energy no enthusiasm for anything.”

Today, October 2018 Dominique is 68kgs and size 8/10. “I am the fittest, healthiest and happiest I have ever been. I love how I feel in photos, I love how I feel when I get dressed and I also only try on one outfit when getting ready!” 

Living a healthy and happy lifestyle

“The Healthy Mummy has given me the tools to live a healthy and happy lifestyle with my family. It has given myself more self-confidence than I thought I would ever have. The Healthy Mummy has taught me how to balance my meals and also taught me to love exercise. I know, how can anyone love exercise. Well once you start you begin to love the burn and love the happy endorphins it gives you. 

I am constantly outside with my children, I am always wanting to run around with them and before I found The Healthy Mummy, I would be sitting on the couch giving my son all the toys possible so I would have to do anything. NOT ANYMORE.”

Finding self-love

Dominique has now lost “25kgs, lost 4-5 dress sizes and over 90cm from my body. But the self-love and confidence and fitness I have gained is worth so much more than those figures thanks to the 28 Day Challenges and smoothies.”
