What Jemma eats on a typical day:

Breakfast: bacon egg muffins or wraps or porridge
Lunch: salmon, salads, wraps, or left overs from dinner the night before
Dinner: love the Sweet Potato Lasagne from The Healthy Mummy app and the Mexican lasagne, chicken curries.

“I replace one meal a day with a Healthy Mummy smoothie, usually dinner I love the vanilla you can mix it with anything,” she says.

“I use the metabolism and the apple cider vinegar tablets. I loved the 12 week challenge and would love to do another one.”
