You DON’T have to avoid eating to have a flatter stomach! In fact, if you don’t eat regular healthy meals, it could cause your metabolism to slow down and this could then result in you looking bloated.

Jessica Jones reveals she used to eat unhealthy takeaway food and then skip meals, causing her to feel lethargic and bloated. That was until she began following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and lost 21kg.

Not missing out on anything

“I over indulged during and after my pregnancy,” says Jessica. “The hardest part for me has definitely been the healthy eating. I was in denial and felt worse than I’ve ever felt.”

Jessica reveals she decided it was time to make a change, so began drinking The Healthy Mummy Smoothies then joined the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge as well as a gym.

“I began cooking the healthy recipes. Now if I crave something sweet I can make a healthier version from the Challenge. In fact, I’m not missing out on anything, I can make healthier versions,” she says.

“I’m eating regularly, not missing out on anything, I’m just making better choices.”

Jessica also says she’s been working hard on toning her body and reducing the size of her stomach and has been going to regular rowing classes as well as pilates, walking and playing with the kids.

“I’m feeling so much more confident and happier than I’ve ever done before.”
