Weight Loss

This mama has lost 24kgs and can fit into ONE LEG of her old pyjama pants!

It’s only been five months, but Sam has lost 22kgs with the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and Healthy Mummy Smoothies and can fit herself into one leg of her old pyjama pants, AMAZING!

How far she’s come

Sam woke up this week weighing the same as she did last week, but did she give in to her disappointment? Not at all! Instead, she took a different approach…

“I decided to try on some old clothes so I could see how far I have really come. Climbing into my old faithful pjs and having to hold them up was a huge eye opener.”

“Such a difference from earlier in the year squeezing into my size 20 denim shorts and trying to hide behind people in family photos. A whole 24kgs difference.”

Since starting the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges and Healthy Mummy Smoothies in March, Sam has lost 22kgs, countless centimetres and has gone down from a clothes size 20 to a 14/medium and even some size 12’s! And she’s loving it!

“Thank you Healthy Mummy for showing me how to get my life back on track and helping me find my old self just waiting in there to be rediscovered!”

“Do it for you! Do it for you kids! Whatever it’s for, it is worth it! Just do it!”

You are just the motivation we all need Sam, keep it up! And now you have an excuse to buy some new pyjama pants!
