Samara is a normal mum of two from Darwin.
“I have no family in Darwin. I have only 24 hours in my day. I had postnatal depression. I had anxiety. I had excuses. I’ve literally only JUST signed up to a gym.”
SO how did she lose 17kgs and become the happiest, healthiest, most confident version of herself?
The first picture of Samara is her back in January 2016 and the second is her in October 2017. And in 22 months, she has become a completely different person.
Samara says, “Was every day easy? Nope. Was I always motivated? Nope. Did I feel like giving up? Some days. But did I ever give up? HELL NO!”
Instead, this mama kept pushing herself and whenever she slipped up, she would always pick herself up again and keep going. In fact, she’d be stronger and MORE determined!
