  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/3 cup dates tightly packed
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 weet-bix biscuit

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/3 cup dates tightly packed
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 weet-bix biscuit

Instructions
  1. Soak dates in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. Blitz all ingredients together until combined but not over done.
  3. Roll into balls and place in the fridge or freezer to firm up.
  4. Can be stored in the fridge or freezer.
