This rocky road recipe uses all sugar free ingredients which are available from most Woolworths (and some chemists sell them too).

- 180 grams Well Naturally no sugar added coconut delight chocolate 2 x 90g packs
- 50 grams Double D sugar free marshmallows chopped
- 45 grams Double D sugar free fruit jellies chopped
- 70 grams chopped peanuts optional
Ingredients

- Melt the chocolate in the microwave on low.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well, and set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Chop into 8 chunky squares and serve.
- Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container
