Here’s a simple but festive recipe that is perfect for a snack for adults and kids alike. These simple bliss balls are made with just five basic ingredients that you might already have on hand.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil liquefied
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut or Christmas sprinkles to decorate

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil liquefied
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut or Christmas sprinkles to decorate
Peppermint Snow Balls
Instructions
  1. Blitz coconut and oats until fine and crumbly.
  2. Add rice malt syrup, coconut oil and peppermint extract and blitz until well combined.
  3. Roll into balls and then roll in coconut or sprinkles.
  4. Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
  5. Can be stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
