Three ingredient choc-peanut butter fudge just 85 calories

85 Calorie Toblerone Fudge

Three ingredient choc-peanut butter fudge just 85 calories

  • 125 grams dark chocolate 70% - 90%
  • 2.5 tbsp natural peanut butter crunchy
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2.5 tbsp natural peanut butter crunchy
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
Three ingredient choc-peanut butter fudge just 85 calories
Instructions
  1. Roughly break up the chocolate and place all ingredients into a microwave safe mixing bowl.
  2. Place bowl in microwave and heat for 30 seconds, remove and stir, then repeat until chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Pour fudge mix into small plastic rectangle container (such as a reusable take away style container), silicon moulds, or silicon mini muffin trays.
  4. Place into freezer for 15-30 minutes to set.
  5. Once set cut into 12 small rectangles.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
