Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup self raising wholemeal flour
  • 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy vanilla smoothie mix
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup/ or honey
  • 1/3 cup almond milk/or milk of choice

Instructions
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in one bowl.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients together in a different bowl.
  3. Then combine the two together.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Put in a microwave safe dish.
  6. Put in the microwave for 3-4min until cooked.
  7. Optional - top with yoghurt and nuts.
