How to make Cake Batter Bliss Balls

These bliss balls are super quick and easy to knock up. This recipe calls Healthy Mummy Smoothie or protein mix but you could also use the Vanilla Premium Blend, or The Tummy Smoothie too.

Your food processor does the majority of the work with these bliss balls mixing together the almond meal, smoothie mix, maple syrup, coconut oil and cream cheese.

Then roll out the mixture into balls.  If your mixture is sticky, you can always add a little extra almond meal.

Roll the balls in sprinkles of your choice, or if you prefer, you could roll them in extra almond meal, cacao powder or even coconut!

We are all about finding yummy alternatives to your favorite things that will fit alongside a healthy eating plan rather than you missing out. The best thing about our healthy eating plans is that they are inclusive of your whole family, so get your kids in the kitchen to whip up these tasty cake batter bliss balls.
