How to make Cake Batter Bliss Balls
These bliss balls are super quick and easy to knock up. This recipe calls Healthy Mummy Smoothie or protein mix but you could also use the Vanilla Premium Blend, or The Tummy Smoothie too.
Your food processor does the majority of the work with these bliss balls mixing together the almond meal, smoothie mix, maple syrup, coconut oil and cream cheese.
Then roll out the mixture into balls. If your mixture is sticky, you can always add a little extra almond meal.
Roll the balls in sprinkles of your choice, or if you prefer, you could roll them in extra almond meal, cacao powder or even coconut!
