  • 4 wraps
  • 400 grams chicken mince
  • 1 zucchini grated
  • 1 carrot peeled and grated
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 garlic clove peeled and finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup tasty cheese grated

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C and line two trays with baking paper.
  2. Mix chicken mince with the carrot, zucchini, egg, garlic and salt and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread mixture evenly over the wraps and roll up to enclose.
  4. Cut each wrap into 3 and top with some grated cheese.
  5. Bake in oven 20-30 mins until fully cooked and wraps have browned slightly.
