  • 4 1/2 overripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 3 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 190 C and line a small cake tin with baking paper.
  2. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Pour batter into lined cake tin and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting and keep leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
