Chocolate & strawberry parfait
Here’s a delicious recipe from the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, perfect for those after dinner sweet cravings!
This is an easy to put together sweet treat. You can increase quantities to treat the whole family. Italian sponge biscuits can be found in most supermarkets or delicatessens.

Ingredients
- Approximately 5 squares dark chocolate 25 grams
- 6 strawberries 75 grams
- 2 tbsp Greek reduced fat natural yoghurt 40 grams
- 2 Italian sponge biscuits 25 grams

Instructions
- Grate the chocolate, break biscuits in half, hull and slice the strawberries.
- In a tall glass add two biscuit halves and top with half the yoghurt. Then add half the strawberry slices and half the grated chocolate.
- Repeat with a second layer, using up the remaining ingredients and finishing with the layer of grated chocolate.
- If serving more than one, divide ingredients evenly between serves to create two layers per serve.
