Just five everyday ingredients are all you need (and no need to turn on the oven!) and they take next to no time to throw together.

- 1 cup Corn Flakes or similar dry cereal
- 30 grams almonds unsalted
- 3 tbsp peanut butter 100% nuts
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
Ingredients

- In a bowl, roughly break up Corn Flakes with your hands.
- Chop almonds and add to Corn Flakes, then set aside.
- Combine peanut butter, honey and coconut oil.
- Combine both mixtures and stir well.
- Spoon into 8 mini silicon muffin tins and place in the fridge or freezer to set.
- Can be stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
