Your Healthy Mummy Smoothie is a great foundation for healthy eating and milk production. As breastfeeding takes a lot of energy it’s great to have some healthy recipes to hand to help with milk supply and overall vitality.
Line a small rectangular baking dish or container with baking paper.
Combine base ingredients and mix well. Press firmly into the lined dish and flatten the top.
Melt coconut oil in a saucepan over a low heat.
Add cacao powder and rice malt syrup, and mix until smooth.
Pour over base and refrigerate until set.
Slice into 14 portions and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Makes 14 bars at 74 calories per bar
