  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a 20cm x 20cm tray with baking paper.
  2. Whisk the eggs, then add vanilla, honey, milk and coconut oil and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in baking powder, cacao, coconut flour and choc chips.
  4. Press into prepared tray and place in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden on the top.
  5. Allow to cool on a wire rack then cut into 12 pieces.
