Ingredients
  • ¾ cup cashews
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut can use shredded
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 medjool dates or can use 6 pitted dates pitted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 medjool dates or can use 6 pitted dates pitted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
  1. Line tray with baking paper and set aside
  2. Do a quick blitz of cashews then add remaining ingredients and blitz until well combined
  3. Spoon evenly into a lined tray and pop in fridge or freezer to set.
  4. Once set remove from fridge/freezer and cut into 12 pieces
  5. Can be stored in fridge or freezer.
