28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member Stacey Pottie sent us in her fabulous recipe for these Frozen Snickers Mousse Bites and we just HAD to share it with you all.
Stacey says the only trouble with these is trying not to eat them all at once – so be sure to share them with your friends and family!

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp reduced-fat ricotta
- 1 tsp cacao or cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 4 tsp maple syrup
- 3 tsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Place ricotta, cocoa, peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl. Fold together with a spatula until mixed well.
- Spoon mixture onto baking paper on a tray, making approximately 10 patties. Flatten slightly with the spatula.
- Place patties into freezer for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Melt the chocolate, remove patties from freezer and dip or drizzle chocolate over, then place back into freezer to set.
- Keep stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
