Starting your day with a smoothie is a great way to set yourself up for the day, full of energy. You can get your hands on the salted caramel smoothie HERE.
Servings |
- 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie Salted Caramel flavour
- 6 ice cubes
- 250 ml milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon light cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Coco2 spread optional, to decorate
- crushed peanuts optional, to decorate
Ingredients

- Blend the first seven ingredients together in a high speed blender for 2-3 minutes.
- As an optional garnish, coat rim of glass in Coco2 spread, then dip in crushed peanuts.
- Pour in the smoothie, and top with a little more cinnamon.
