  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie Salted Caramel flavour
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 250 ml milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon light cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Coco2 spread optional, to decorate
  • crushed peanuts optional, to decorate

Golden Gaytime Smoothie
Instructions
  1. Blend the first seven ingredients together in a high speed blender for 2-3 minutes.
  2. As an optional garnish, coat rim of glass in Coco2 spread, then dip in crushed peanuts.
  3. Pour in the smoothie, and top with a little more cinnamon.
