  • 1 cup wholemeal SR Flour 130g, or plain is fine
  • 1 cup skim milk 250g, I use slightly less to make a thicker mixture
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Natvia 12g
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 9g
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence 5g
  • 1/4 cup dark choc chips 50g

Instructions
  1. Heat up a frying pan on high and spray with cooking oil.
  2. Combine flour, milk, egg, chia seeds, Natvia and vanilla essence in a bowl and mix with a fork.
  3. Place mixture on frying pan using a tablespoon as a measure and drop choc chips on top as desired.
  4. When mixture starts to bubble flip over and remove once cooked. Don’t leave the side with the choc chips on too long as the chocolate might start to burn.
  5. Place on plate and enjoy ?
