- 1 cup wholemeal SR Flour 130g, or plain is fine
- 1 cup skim milk 250g, I use slightly less to make a thicker mixture
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Natvia 12g
- 1 tbsp chia seeds 9g
- 1 tsp vanilla essence 5g
- 1/4 cup dark choc chips 50g

- Heat up a frying pan on high and spray with cooking oil.
- Combine flour, milk, egg, chia seeds, Natvia and vanilla essence in a bowl and mix with a fork.
- Place mixture on frying pan using a tablespoon as a measure and drop choc chips on top as desired.
- When mixture starts to bubble flip over and remove once cooked. Don’t leave the side with the choc chips on too long as the chocolate might start to burn.
- Place on plate and enjoy ?
