Healthy Snickers Bliss Balls
Bliss balls are a great snack that you can prepare in advance and store in the freezer making them the ultimate “grab & go” snack when you are craving something naughty and they will NOT ruin your hard work while following a healthy eating plan.

Ingredients
- 2 weetbix
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Healthy Hazelnut Spread
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut for rolling

Instructions
- Place all ingredients (excluding coconut) in food processor and blend until smooth
- Using a teaspoon measure out your balls (makes 9) and roll in coconut
- Refrigerate for at least a few hours before eating
