These Lemon Tart Bliss Balls are quick and easy to make and contain all healthy ingredients that you will already have in your cupboard.  You can include these bliss balls into your healthy eating plan as a nutritious snack with a cup of green tea.

  • 1 cup dates soaked for 15 min
  • 1 cup almonds
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut plus extra for rolling
  • Lemon juice from 1 large lemon
  • 2 weetbix

Instructions
  1. Blend almonds and coconut until almost paste form, remove and place in bowl
  2. Blend dates and lemon juice until smooth, add mix to almond and stir  together.
  3. Crumb weetbix until fine and mix together.
  4. Roll into 27 balls and coat with coconut
