Ingredients
- 2 cups wholemeal flour (plain)
- 1/2 cup 100% pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
- 2 tbsp cacao powder can substitute for extra cocoa
- 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup rice puffs

Instructions
- Place all ingredients except the rice puffs in bowl
- Mix well until combined
- Fold through rice puffs
- Pour mix into baking tray and bake in pre heated oven at 180C for 15 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the tray before slicing into 12 pieces.
- Store in the fridge.
