And now, 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member Nerida Thew has sent in her pics for creating Homemade Naan Bread. Perfect to pair with a curry or some warming soup, this naan bread recipe could not be easier.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup self raising flour plus extra for kneading
- 1/2 cup Greek or natural yoghurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder or dried mixed herbs
- cooking oil spray

Instructions
- Combine the flour, yoghurt and garlic in a large bowl and bring together with your hands.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough for around 5 minutes until it feels stretchy. Add a little more flour if it seems too wet.
- Divide the dough into 4 and use a floured rolling pin to roll each ball of dough out into a circle around 20cm in diameter.
- Heat a frying pan over medium high and spray with olive oil. Cook each naan separately for a few minutes each side, or until golden.
- Serve immediately.
