  • 1/2 cup self raising flour plus extra for kneading
  • 1/2 cup Greek or natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or dried mixed herbs
  • cooking oil spray

Instructions
  1. Combine the flour, yoghurt and garlic in a large bowl and bring together with your hands.
  2. On a floured surface, knead the dough for around 5 minutes until it feels stretchy. Add a little more flour if it seems too wet.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 and use a floured rolling pin to roll each ball of dough out into a circle around 20cm in diameter.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium high and spray with olive oil. Cook each naan separately for a few minutes each side, or until golden.
  5. Serve immediately.
