Orange juice bircher with apple, cinnamon and walnuts
If mornings at your house are a mad rush to get organised and out the door, this Orange Juice Bircher is going to be a great recipe for you. Not to mention, is a great recipe to ensure you can give your metabolism a kickstart first thing in the morning.
Preparing a nutritious breakfast the night before is a great way to ensure you enjoy a tasty breakfast even when mornings are hectic.
The sweetness of the fruit, cinnamon and juice is balanced with the tartness of the yoghurt. The crunchy nuts make it a tasty way to start the day.
This breakfast also travels well, so you could even make it in a jar with a lid and take it to go.
