  • 1 small apple grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

Quick and Easy Healthy Apple And Honey Muffins
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Grate apple and set aside.
  3. Combine eggs, yoghurt, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and baking powder.
  4. Add oats and stir well.
  5. Add apple and mix to combine.
  6. Add milk and combine well.
  7. Spoon mixture into patty cases and cook in the oven for 20-22 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Cool on a wire rack then enjoy.
