  • 2 tbsp almond meal
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cacao
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tbsp dark choc chips for topping

Instructions
  1. Break up 3 Medjool dates (remove seeds) and place in a microwave proof dish or ramekin and cover dates with water and microwave for 1-1.5 mins until water is evaporated and dates are soft.
  2. Mix in dry and wet ingredients (expect dark choc chips) and while mixing break up the dates into the mix while stirring.
  3. Microwave for 1-1.5 mins and place dark choc chips on top and let melt for icing and let cool before eating.
