Ingredients
- 3 medjool dates
- 4-5 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp almond meal
- 1 1/2 tbsp cacao
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp skim milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp dark choc chips for topping

Instructions
- Break up 3 Medjool dates (remove seeds) and place in a microwave proof dish or ramekin and cover dates with water and microwave for 1-1.5 mins until water is evaporated and dates are soft.
- Mix in dry and wet ingredients (expect dark choc chips) and while mixing break up the dates into the mix while stirring.
- Microwave for 1-1.5 mins and place dark choc chips on top and let melt for icing and let cool before eating.
