Wake up with these coffee crunch bliss balls

Need a caffeine kick for your morning tea? These gorgeous looking Coffee Crunch Bliss Balls are going to put some pep in your step. Feel free to use decaf instant coffee if you prefer.

  • 2 Weet Bix
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1 tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix coffee flavour
  • 1/2 cup sultanas
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • Dash of water

  • 2 Weet Bix

Wake up with these coffee crunch bliss balls
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and whiz to combine.
  2. Use your hands to roll into 15 balls and then store in the fridge.
