Kylie’s weight loss journey
Kylie is a busy mum with 3 children under 5 years old.
Before she discovered the Healthy Mummy she was always tired, uncomfortable in her skin and her anxiety was out of control.
She says “I was fed up with feeling depressed, overweight, anxious and living my life as a sideline mum”.
So she signed up for The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges and hasn’t looked back.
Weight loss results
Kylie has lost 24kg (from 80kg to 56kg) by following The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges and gone from a size 16 to size 6/8. And doesn’t she look AMAZING!
From ‘sideline mum’ to ‘let’s have fun’ mum
She says “A huge amount of cm’s gone but the best part is that I’m living the life I always wanted.
To play and run with my kids, climb trees, roll down hills, dance and be silly”.
Kylie says “Thank you Healthy Mummy for helping me to feel comfortable and confident in my own skin and giving me the life I always wanted! Yes I’m still tired, but I have little kids lol.
I now control my anxiety – it doesn’t control me.
The Healthy Mummy gave me my life back so I can enjoy my babies not just look after them.
I don’t remember the last time I had an anxiety or panic attacks and I’ll be forever working on self-love but it’s there.
I’m happier in my day to day life than I ever imagined possible.
My only regret is I didn’t start sooner!”
