“So today this happened. This much of me hasn’t shown on a beach for a long time! Legit since I was probably 16 and totally not confident in what I was wearing back then. Back then I would have been in a size 6 and thinking I was fat or not good enough to wear a bikini. I can say I never wore a bikini ever, always had shorts to cover.

It’s about how you feel inside

“Today this is me, a mum of three smiling and super happy in me. A little nervous BUT I DID IT! Such a HUGE difference in then and now. I can honestly say it’s NOT about a number on the scales, or clothes but more about how you feel inside. Ok, it’s not a bikini, but damn for me this is just the same. So girls, how do we get a bikini body? Put on your swimmers and strut your stuff no matter where you are in your journey!”

Julia Meadows says that she is finally happy in her own skin

Julia’s Healthy Mummy journey began a year ago and WOW what a transformation! She has lost 11kgs and is ready to rock her new bikini this summer!
