Sophie Roberts has lost 14kgs
Sophie says, “I’m Sophie and I’m Mum to a 3-year-old and 7-month-old. I started The Healthy Mummy six months ago at 87kgs.
I’ve been unable to exercise until last week. I finally got back to the gym and I plan to go three days a week.
I am now 73kgs. Still, a long way to go, but I’m proud of the progress that I am making every day and the changes happening in my body.
You can do it too! You are worth it! Make the decision and stick to it! Consistency is key!”
Bec Camm has lost around 30kg
Bec says, “I have been following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge for about 18 months.”
I initially lost 24kg before I found out I was pregnant again in November 2017. I continued to follow the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and use The Healthy Mummy products throughout my pregnancy and was the healthiest I’ve ever been while pregnant.
I gained just under 20kg (which is half of what I had previously gained in my first two pregnancies) and was back to my pre-baby weight by 12 weeks postpartum.
My starting weight was 116kg and I currently weigh 86.6kg (after overindulging a little more than I had planned over the holiday season) which means I have lost just under 30kg.”
Jennifer Matthewman has lost 16 kgs
