Losing 44kg in 15 months is something Samantha Cripps doesn’t take for granted.
However, she also doesn’t take her new healthy lifestyle to the extreme, allowing herself to indulge with treats every now and again.
Maintaining a 44kg weight loss
This saw her go into a downward spiral with her eating habits, portion control and activity.
Now, at an impressive size 10, Samantha maintains her huge weight loss of 44kg, by continuing to eat healthily and being active.
“I don’t deprive myself, I still have yummy treats but just in moderation,” she says.
Her best piece of advice for those on their own weight loss journey? “Don’t be so hard on yourself, take one day at a time and if you fall, pick yourself back up and start again”.
