Keria Masling is celebrating her weight loss and explains that she is a whole new person inside and out.

She has dropped six dress sizes and has never felt better! Keira has a much better understanding of food and actually now completely enjoys cooking thanks to The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.

How Keira’s life has changed

Keira started the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge just 12 months ago. Since that time, she has been following the meal plans and usually one Healthy Mummy Smoothie a day. Prior to returning to work in July, she has been a bit more active.

“I have really just been maintaining with small losses and a few gains here and there the past six months,” she explains.

Her total loss so far has been 28kgs, and she has gone from a size 18-20 down to a 12-14.

“The 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge has taught me the better options whilst out and about. It has given me a better understanding of food and I have actually found myself enjoying cooking!” she says.
