I’m up at 4.30am, leave for gym at 5am with a toddler, 6.20am we drive to daycare drop off and 7am I’m at work, I get home around 3/3.30pm, play, dinner, baths, lunch ready, work on my small side business, bed.. to do it all again the next day!

My life needs to be organised, food planned to a tee, and it needs to be simple! This is why I love the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge so much, it’s easy, I can swap and change the meal plans to suit me, I can exercise at home, I can have a smoothie when I’m on the run.”
