Swap the salad ingredients to use your family’s favourite combinations or produce you have on hand.
These wraps are a great alternative to the lunchbox sandwich and a great way to add extra vegetables into your day.
Ingredients (Makes 1 serve)
- 1 pieces low carb wrap (48 grams)
- 1 tsp reduced fat mayonnaise (4 grams)
- 1/2 cup skinless BBQ Chicken, shredded (82.5 grams) 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded (15 grams)
- 1/4 tomato, diced (25 grams)
- 1/2 medium carrot, grated (35 grams)
- 1/4 red onion, finely sliced (25 grams)

Method
- Spread wrap evenly with mayonnaise, then top with shredded BBQ chicken, followed by salad ingredients.
