Before Natasha joined the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge she reveals she never meal prepped.
“I’ve lost 30kg thanks to the help from The Healthy Mummy,” she says. “I’m now more organised in the kitchen and can spend a few hours each week preparing meals for the whole family.
“Plus, it saves me heaps of money and I’m so much less tempted to grab a takeaway, as I always have healthy homemade meals in the freezer ready to go!”
