- Drink 2 L of water
- Exercise 30-45 mins 5 -6 days a week
- Use the 28 Day challenge recipes
- Use the 28 Day challenge exercises
- Take advantage of incidental exercise
- I add Healthy Mummy smoothies and the Healthy Mummy protein powder in as a post workout snack or breakfast on busy days.
- I don’t make excuses. I don’t beat myself up over the occasional treat, I have the odd glass of wine, I drink coffee most days except for the cleanse weeks and I own all my choices.
