This mum lost 20kg* and tells us how she stays on track during Week 1

Losing 20kgs in six months following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge after baby number two, Jessica enjoyed a healthy pregnancy using the Pregnancy Smoothie and Challenge recipes and she’s lost another 12kgs since baby number three!

Jessica shares her top 4 tips for week 1

1. Set yourself realistic goals

“Stick them somewhere you’ll see them all the time like the fridge or bathroom mirror.”

2. Meal prep

“Have your meal plan customised and ready to go, but keep in mind that things won’t always go to plan and that’s okay! Sometimes you’re caught out and need to make the best choice you can at the time, 1 off track meal won’t undo your hard work so get straight back into it.”

3. H2O

“Drink your water like it’s a job!”

4. You have a new best friend

“The app is your BFF it goes everywhere with you and never lets you down!”

Jessica lost 20 kilograms in the first six months after joining the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges and drinking The Healthy Mummy Smoothies.

Since then, Jessica has given birth to baby number 3 and is set on getting back to her old self. She says she will never-ever revert to her old ways.
