1. Banana Oats Smoothie
Banana, oats and cinnamon smoothie recipe

- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 20gm rolled oats
- Frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, serve.
2. Simple Snack Smoothie

- 250ml choc almond milk
- 1 sq of dark choc shaved over the top

- 100gm cherries (I used frozen to blend but decorated with fresh)
- 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut (used shredded for decorating)
