We understand the week between Christmas and New Years may not be the best time to start your weight loss journey or to focus on a healthier you. This week is often spent with family and friends, eating, drinking and enjoying a much deserved break.
A Gap Week is a time to slow down (without stopping!) and get yourself prepared for the next 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. Each Gap Week has a theme, such as Detox, Cleanse, Bulk Cooking or Ultimate Budget. Starting the Challenge on the best foot means you’re more likely to have great results, be motivated and set AND reach your goals.
We want you to embrace this special time with your loved ones and not put any extra pressure on yourself. That’s why we have created the Healthy Holiday Meal Plan. This plan is filled with food you can enjoy while celebrating or you can easily customise the meal plans to suit your needs.
